Aidzomi contributed INR 11,000 towards the preparation of 9 students for the 2010 Manipur Matriculation(Class X) board exams. In January, 5 boys and 4 girls, students of Convention High school, Sinzawl, a relatively remote village in Manipur were summoned by a school teacher, Mr. Siamkhankhual Dousel to pack their bags and come to Lamka for free coaching to prepare them for their March 2010 board exams. Mr. Khual, who teaches Math and Science subjects said, “ these students have the potential to do well in their studies but they do not get the right motivation and opportunities to understand their lessons well.” Believing that students in remote villages too, can do well and excel in their studies, he nurtures their potential for a successful result in their exams, which will become a foundation for building up their future careers. Another teacher, B.C Nangpu, teaches the students English and Social sciences.

「希望の車いす」は海外の多くの人々や子どもたちに車いすを贈ることを通し、それらの人々に自分で移動できる機会とより質の高い生活の希望とを与えることによって、一人でも多くの人々の生活を向上させて上げたいという願いを持って、互いに手を取り合って活動する人々の集まりです。私たちはこの日本国中に眠っている、使われなくなった車いすを集め、それらを他の国々の、車いすを必要としている人たち・・・宗教、人種などのいかなる違いをも超えてあらゆる人々・・・に無料で贈呈する活動をしています。私たちはそのために車椅子を色々な所から集め、必要なクリーニングや整備をした上で、それぞれの国の、私たちの活動に賛同する方々の手によって、車椅子を必要としている人々にお届けしています。
