Aid Zomi Team
The Zomi have long been suffering from poverty, and lack of opportunity to improve their living condition. To make matters worst, famine struck them, spreading severe ramifications. All of Zomi villages are affected by the famine and Zomi homes in the plains of Manipur too, indirectly suffer the grim situation. It was inevitable to jointly put deep concern into action for the hungry Zomi in Manipur. Therefore, to assist and to aid them, AID Zomi, Japan was conceptualized and formed by the Zomi in Japan on the 27th of January 2008. AID Zomi, Japan also aspires to serve as a global bridge between the Zomi and the global community.
